Becoming a mother at any age can be scary, but when you’re young, a student, single and not prepared in the slightest, this can be petrifying.

With the support of her family, this young mum-to-be has found a new flat to call home and is making the preparations needed for her new born.

There is no denying that this situation will forever change her life, but with the support of our wonderful Family Support Team we will be there for both her emotional and practical needs, including parental guidance and the provisions of essential baby equipment.

Alice will continue to support this teen Mum for as long as needed and will encourage her to continue her further education. Life can bring many unexpected moments to us all, we hope that this support empowers Mum, and that knowing she isn’t alone she will be able to soon embrace both her studies and motherhood.
